Established in 1960, the Jean M. Wong School of Ballet has developed into a school with seven studios operation in Hong Kong, Kowloon & New Territories. The School is recognized as one of the most reputable ballet institutions in Asia.
The School offers a wide-ranging curriculum in Classical Ballet and Dance with emphasis on the Royal Academy of Dance Syllabus. It provides training for students of all levels, from those dancing for pure enjoyment to those pursuing for a professional career in dance.
The Teaching Staff, headed by the Principal, Jean M. Wong (B. Phil. (Hon), LRAD, AISTD, RAD Examiner) consists of highly qualified and experienced teachers who are registered with the Royal Academy of Dance, London UK. In addition, we specially invite international professional teachers and dancers to conduct master classes throughout the year.
The School encourages all students to participate in the School’s Open Days, Demonstrations, TV Appearances and Performances which not only provide students with invaluable stage experiences, build self-confidence but also give parents and friends many opportunities to observe their progress
